Recruiting is Scott’s passion….it is his way of serving others. Helping business leaders build great companies by providing high performing talent is something that has given him great satisfaction for over 30 years while creating a positive experience for everyone involved.
Scott has helped build teams for all types of companies from fast-growing, highly successful startups to enterprise firms throughout the US, across multiple disciplines and industries.
Originally from the Steel City of Pittsburgh, PA and a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, Scott has made Austin his home since 1999 and plans to stay for life. When Scott is not recruiting talent, he spends his time playing his bass guitar, being a part of the Austin music scene and enjoying the great outdoors with his family.
